Introduction of Kids:

Meet Shayan Majeed and Mustafa Majeed two amazing siblings who have achieved success in the field of technology. Allow me to present them to you. Shayan, 13, and Mustafa, 11, both attend fortune house school in their hometown of Karachi, Pakistan, where Shayan is in the ninth grade and Mustafa is in the seventh.

These sharp young brains have always had a natural interest about how things function, but their passion in technology didn’t really take off until they enrolled in our Codingal lessons.

Their journey into coding began when they came upon a YouTube video about app development. They chose to explore the field of coding because they were fascinated by the idea of starting something from scratch. What had begun as a mild interest soon turned into a passion, and they gained confidence in their skills with every class.

Seeing them develop into the skilled coding for kids they are today has been a pleasure, and their drive and hunger to learn have been genuinely inspirational.

These young programmers demonstrated their proficiency by presenting a quiz app they created with Thunkable, a tool we use in our Codingal sessions to make learning enjoyable and accessible.

Participation in the Science and Tech Emporium:

Shayan and Mustafa’s involvement in the Science and Technology Emporium was nothing short of fantastic. After weeks of continuous hard work on their quiz app, they were finally ready to present their creation to the public on the day of the event.

The siblings developed an interactive quiz app that evaluated users’ knowledge on a range of topics using Thunkable, a platform that makes it simple for users to build and publish apps. They have educational and entertaining multiple-choice questions on their app. Their attention to detail—they didn’t simply concentrate on the content, but also on the user experience, creating a simple, clear interface that was simple to use—was what set their app apart.

Shayan and Mustafa booth at the emporium immediately gained popularity. The siblings skillfully demonstrated the app to the audience as they gathered around, detailing the process of building it from the ground up.

They gave a demonstration of the app’s many functions, including how to choose categories, respond to questions, and keep score. Their excitement was infectious, and it was obvious that they were truly pleased to share what they had done with others, as well as to being proud of it.

The live demo, in which they allowed attendees to use the quiz app themselves, was the high point of their presentation. Shayan and Mustafa experienced absolute satisfaction when they saw the smiles and joy of people who used their app. Many participants complimented them on their technical skills and creativity, and they received an abundance of good feedback.

Family Support:

Shayan and Mustafa’s introduction to the world of coding would not have been possible without their parents’ constant support. Their parents understood early on how important it was to support their kids’ interests and give them chances to develop. Their parents seized the opportunity to help their son’s newfound interest in coding, encouraging Shayan and Mustafa to take Codingal sessions.

Their parents have prioritized providing their kids with the best learning opportunities because they have always believed in the transformative potential of education. They have personally witnessed how learning to code has improved Shayan and Mustafa’s confidence, creative thinking, and problem-solving capabilities in addition to their technical proficiency.

“We’re so proud of Shayan and Mustafa for what they’ve accomplished through Codingal”

their mother said in a heartfelt testimonial. It’s been amazing to witness them grow as professionals and approach difficulties with such passion. They have discovered an entirely new universe through coding, and we are appreciative to Amit Dhanwani sir who has helped them along the way.

“What impresses me most is how coding has taught them to think critically and work as a team,”

their father continued. Together, they have gained problem-solving skills that have strengthened their bond as siblings. As parents, we were thrilled to see them showcase their app at the Science and Tech Emporium. We can’t wait to see where this adventure takes them next.

The Siblings’ Coding Journey:

The path Shayan and Mustafa have taken to learn to code has been an amazing one, full of development, learning, and sometimes setbacks. They have gone a long way since they first experimented with coding, developing abilities that have shaped their approach to problem-solving and creativity in addition to improving their technical understanding.

They began by studying the fundamentals of algorithms, loops, and conditionals, but it didn’t take them long to move on to more difficult ideas like app development. They were introduced to platforms like Scratch, Machine Learning for Kids, and Thunkable through Codingal, where they learnt how to turn their ideas into working programs. One illustration of their progress is the quiz app they displayed at the Science and Tech Emporium.

However, there have been difficulties along the way. Coding, like any new venture, came with its own set of challenges, such as troubleshooting issues, understanding complicated code, and occasionally having to start over from scratch when things didn’t go according to plan. But Mustafa and Shayan have shown to be incredibly resilient and persistent.

They now understand that obstacles are opportunities for growth and improvement and that failures are a normal part of the learning process.

The value of teamwork is among the most important things they have learnt. As siblings, they’ve learned to play to one other’s strengths. Shayan tends to take the lead when it comes to design and user experience, while Mustafa concentrates on the logic and functioning of the software. Their success has been largely attributed to their capacity for teamwork.

With the enthusiasm and tenacity they’ve displayed so far, their adventure is only getting started, and I have no doubt that they’ll continue to do amazing things. Shayan and Mustafa now understand that coding is a tool for creativity, invention, and changing the world rather than just a way to write code.
