The Hackathon requires participants to build projects around pre-defined themes using the specified programming languages or platforms.
The participants can pick the theme they are most interested in to develop an animation, app, website, or a game around the theme.

The NCO Hackathon projects will be judged on the criteria outlined below.
Your ability to think independently and creatively to build your project.
The code your project is built on should be clean and easy to understand.
The overall look and feel of your project including how users can interact with it.
This will be the X-factor in your project. The one thing that sets your project apart.
Good code is code that fulfills your project’s requirements while being simple and readable.
The projects will be scored on the scale of 0 to 100 and the participants will be awarded the following certificates.

The Code Battle is a time-bound coding challenge that requires you to create solutions to a problem statements using code.
The Code Battle is open for Grade 9 to 12 students and will be held between 11 am and 2 pm on Saturday, January 15.
The participants will solve 20 coding problems in 3 hours using an online code editor. The results will be displayed in real time on a live leaderboard.
